An installation inspired by the film The Red Shoes (1948). Embracing the heightened experience of the non-stop dancer and the intensity of the late 1960s psychedelia movement, the artwork is housed in a specially designed wooden pavilion. Reimagining the Technicolor landscape of the original film, the space is cast in a rainbow of coloured gels with blue and red lights cutting through the room. Featuring a soundtrack by Das Hund - the duo's experimental music project - and multiple projections of dancing films playing repeatedly to create the feeling of a heady all-nighter as a hypnotic vision.
